Welcome to TalentPickAI! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered services platform. By accessing or using TalentPickAI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service(s).

Definitions

  • "Service" refers to TalentPickAI's AI-based feature or features.
  • "User" refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
  • "Content" refers to CVs, job descriptions, and other data submitted by Users.

User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and lawful information.
  • You must not misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass security measures or reverse-engineer any part of the AI models.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable employment and data protection laws when using TalentPickAI for hiring decisions.

Use of the Service

  • TalentPickAI provides AI-based recommendations but does not guarantee specific hiring outcomes.
  • The platform is intended for informational purposes and is designed to assist, not replace, human decision-making in recruitment.

Payments and Subscriptions

  • If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing details and refund policies will be clearly outlined at checkout.
  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the Service.

Data Handling and Privacy

  • Uploaded resumes or files and job descriptions are processed and securely stored on our cloud infrastructure.
  • These documents are not used to train AI models and are stored only to support platform features such as history, re-analysis, audit logs, or export.

Intellectual Property

  • All proprietary AI models, algorithms, content, and platform features are the exclusive property of TalentPickAI.
  • You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or modify any part of the platform without our express written permission.

License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TalentPickAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose.

Limitation of Liability

  • TalentPickAI provides recommendations based on probabilistic AI models. As such, results may vary slightly between analyses, and the same resume may receive different scores within some margin.
  • TalentPickAI is not responsible for hiring decisions made using the platform's recommendations.
  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Credit Usage and Expiration

  • TalentPickAI operates on a credit-based system. Subscription plans include a fixed number of credits per billing cycle.
  • Unused subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month.
  • Users may purchase additional top-up credits at any time. These credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and will expire automatically if not used within that time.
  • Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
  • It is the user's responsibility to monitor credit balances and expiration dates via the dashboard.

Account Termination

  • TalentPickAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Users may also request account deletion by contacting our support team.

GDPR Compliance

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), or if you are processing personal data of individuals in the EEA:

  • TalentPickAI processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
  • Users retain full rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of their data.
  • Upon request, users may receive a copy of their personal data in a commonly used format.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version will always be available on our website.
